Due to a change in corporate structure the Lancet was to be moved into the responsibility of the London office of Elsevier Science.
• Migrating the Lancet systems from the Solaris/Apache/PERL systems used by ES Oxford to the NT4/IIS/C++ systems used by ES London.
• Responsible for both maintaining the existing web site systems running in Oxford and developing the new technology required for the Lancet systems in London.
• Developing an integrated online system that allowed users with minimal technical skills to manage a complex site through a simple web based interface.

• Part of a team involved in the planning of an event that will have over 1000 attendees. I have been involved in running LRP events since 1994. Organising events involves working within a variety of organisational structures including elected committees and small teams. We aim to produce entertaining and original interactive events for our players.
